• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Generate spam, phishing pages, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limits

4. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the business information and prompts you submit. You grant Loviq a limited licence to use your inputs solely to provide the Service (generate your website).

The HTML and content generated by the AI is provided to you under a non-exclusive licence. You may publish, modify, and distribute generated content for your own business purposes. We do not claim ownership of generated content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that generated content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate website content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Payments and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee on first payment).
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will receive notice by email.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs that result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GBIZ2SITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loviq is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
