Google Business Profile URLs you submit
Domain names you connect to your projects
Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)
Support messages you send us

Usage data (which features you use, generation counts)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the Loviq service
To generate websites based on your prompts using AI providers

To send transactional emails (generation complete, billing receipts)

To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your business descriptions or generated content to train AI models. Your prompts are passed to our AI provider solely to generate your website.

3. AI providers

Loviq uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic Claude) to generate website content. Your business descriptions are transmitted to these providers to fulfil your generation request. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We select providers whose policies prohibit using your data for model training without explicit consent.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only:

With AI providers to generate your website (business descriptions only)
With our payment processor to handle billing
With infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under data processing agreements
When required by law or to protect our legal rights
In connection with a merger or acquisition (you will be notified)

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated websites and version history are retained indefinitely unless you delete them or close your account. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required longer by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive fields, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
